Career Pathways

About Career Pathways Ι 732-357-0590 Ι info@interfaithrise.org

Career Pathways (CP) serves I-RISE clients by helping them to find and enroll in training programs to boost their work and other skills and increase their marketability and, after program completion, to place them in upgraded jobs. CP offers 2 tracks, Career Advancement and Employment Training Program.

Our Career Advancement track assists clients, who are already working, to enroll in training programs leading to in-demand, industry-recognized certification or licensure and, upon completion, to help them land upgraded jobs.

The Employment Training Program is a 3-month part-time program offering clients work experience, English language learning, job-readiness training, and job placement. This program serves clients who have little or no work experience or English or some other temporary impediment to participating in the US workforce.

Eligibility:  You MUST be an established I-RISE client before you may be referred to Career Pathways.  Please call 732-357-0590 or email info@interfaithrise.org

Note:  Not all I-RISE clients qualify for Career Pathways.

Employers

Career ChoiceEmployer educational benefits offer one of the easiest and least expensive ways to access training leading to certificates. Employers may offer, to qualifying employees, support to pursue education or training leading to certification: in-house certification training programs, access to external certification training programs, new-hire signing bonuses, or tuition reimbursement for certification programs. Some of the many large employers offering these types of support include: Amazon, Bank of America, FedEx, Google, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Starbucks, Target, UPS, Walmart, and Wells Fargo. Ask the Employment team to help you get your first job with an employer that offers educational benefits you might use in the future.
